Deposit Policy

A ~50% deposit of the estimated total is required within 24 hours of booking to confirm your appointment.
This deposit secures your spot and ensures we can properly prepare for your service. It is non-refundable, unless MaxShine Every Time must cancel due to an emergency on our end.

Payment Options

We accept deposits via Zelle, Apple Pay, or CashApp.
The remaining balance is due immediately after the service is completed, and can be paid in cash (preferred) or via the same payment apps.

Failure to complete payment after services are rendered will result in legal action, including notifying law enforcement with the information provided at booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. The more notice we receive, the more flexible we can be in rescheduling you promptly.

Service Timing

Timing depends on the level of detail and the condition of your vehicle. Please allow the following windows:

  • Basic Washes: Minimum 2 hours

  • Intermediate Washes: Minimum 3–4 hours

  • Advanced Services: Time will be estimated upon arrival, based on scope and vehicle condition

We take our time to ensure quality, so thank you for your patience and trust.

Travel Fees

For mobile detailing services outside of a 15-mile radius from Burbank, IL, the following travel fees apply:

  • 15–20 miles: $12

  • 20–30 miles: $24

  • 30+ miles: Please contact us directly to discuss availability and custom pricing.

Travel fees help us cover time and transportation to keep mobile service efficient and reliable.
