What to expect when working with Max Details

1. Schedule Your Appointment

Start by booking your desired service. Once we receive your request, we’ll reach out to confirm and discuss your goals for the detail.

2. Receive Your Custom Quote

After our initial conversation, we’ll send you a personalized quote. You'll have 24 hours to pay the 25% deposit to secure your spot.

3. Prep Your Vehicle (Day of Service)

Before we arrive, please remove any personal items or trash from your vehicle to the best of your ability. This helps us focus fully on the detail.

4. Sign Required Forms

Upon arrival, we’ll ask you to review and sign the following:

  • Liability Waiver

  • Financial Agreement
    These ensure mutual clarity and protection.

5. Pre-Service Vehicle Check

We’ll do a quick walkaround of your vehicle to document any pre-existing damage. This protects both parties and ensures transparency.

6. The Detail Begins

We’ll get to work. Feel free to ask questions or observe — your comfort and confidence matter to us.

7. Final Payment

Remaining balance is due immediately before or after service is completed. We accept cash (preferred), Zelle, Apple Pay, or CashApp.
